ABOUT THE BUILD

Threshold Builds provided the construction for a residential infill project in the Atwood neighborhood. The site was tight, and all the utility infrastructure needed to be upgraded to accommodate three units. Having an opportunity to start from scratch allowed us to build an air-tight, high-performance home nestled into a neighborhood with old charm.
