ABOUT THE BUILD

Threshold Builds served as the passive house envelope team, and consulted throughout the design process, for Threshold Development Group on 252 Dunning, a 32 unit urban infill multifamily building located in the heart of the Atwood neighborhood. 252 Dunning is on track to be Madison's first market-rate passive house certified multifamily project! Our team was uniquely qualified to guide the project from conception to occupancy, with a team that includes a certified passive house consultant (CPHC), a certified passive house builder (CPHB), and a certified passive house tradesperson. We're proud to be piloting passive house multi family in Madison and hope to do many more.
