Building a home with Ed Linville is a defining moment for any builder. You see the process in a different way. It is a creative, open-ended collaboration that works to get to the core of the personality of the building. This home was built for a professor and expert arborist with a visceral attachment to this piece of land. Building in and around the trees rather than clearing and planting new inspired architecture that ‘nestles’ into the lot. The central connecting artery through the home connects all spaces while still offering privacy at the ends.
